Our reclaimed white oak hardwood flooring boards may feature occasional unique grain variations, knots, and other characteristics – no two boards will be the same. Your home or office floor will reflect enduring beauty and old-world charm for years to come.

Much of our reclaimed white oak hardwood flooring comes from resawing larger white oak beams into boards, kiln drying the boards, cutting them to a uniform width and then milling into tongue and groove hardwood flooring. Therefore, our reclaimed white oak hardwood flooring may likely have more grain characteristics and "defects" compared to new manufactured flooring. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Lengths of each piece range from 1 ft to 8 ft. with the average length of our reclaimed wood flooring being 5 ft. There is a 100 sq ft minimum due to freight costs. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase so you order enough for your project the first time.

We highly recommend ordering for AT LEAST 10% more flooring area than you need to account for cutoffs, defects and waste.

 

Order processing will depend on the size of the order, and can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Please contact customer service for specific lead times based on order size.



Flooring orders are not eligible for return, all flooring sales are final.

Our white oak reclaimed wood flooring can be installed by nail, staple, or glue attachment.

Modern Timber Craft is not responsible for flooring installation. Subfloor preparation is extremely important as boards are not sanded flat.

MTC does not guarantee uniform reclaimed wood pieces. Installers should expect defects in the wood. We recommend that you consult your local installer before ordering.
