Natural variations such as saw marks, knots, nail holes, checking, weathering, color variation, and other signs of age may be present and are part of what gives each shelf its authentic reclaimed character.

No two reclaimed wood shelves are exactly alike. Product photos represent the overall style and character you can expect, but the grain, coloration, texture, markings, and distressing of your individual shelf will naturally vary.

Easy Hidden-Bracket Installation

Each floating wood shelf is professionally routed so the steel mounting bracket is concealed inside the shelf once installed, creating a clean floating appearance without visible shelf supports.

Simply mount the included heavy-duty steel bracket level and securely into two wall studs, then slide the reclaimed wood shelf onto the bracket. The concealed mounting system provides a professional finished appearance while allowing the reclaimed wood to remain the focal point.

A Narrower 6" Shelf for Versatile Spaces

The 6" depth provides useful display space while maintaining a slimmer profile against the wall. It's particularly well suited for areas where an 8" or 10" shelf may project farther than necessary.

Authentic Reclaimed Wood Color & Character

Because we use authentic reclaimed wood, natural color and appearance will vary from shelf to shelf. The application of oil, stain, lacquer, or other finishes can also dramatically change the appearance and bring out colors that may not be obvious in unfinished wood.

For example, some reclaimed pine may develop rich brown tones when oiled, while other pieces may reveal warmer red or amber coloring. Reclaimed yellow pine often develops reddish or golden tones, while reclaimed white pine frequently takes on warmer brown shades. These are general characteristics rather than guarantees.

The final appearance of each shelf is influenced by several factors, including the wood species, age, previous environment, weather exposure, original use, and overall condition of the reclaimed material.
